TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ownership
Scraper Graphics, llc. Inc. agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by Scraper Graphics, llc. to the customer upon receipt of final payment for said materials. Until that time Scraper Graphics, llc. retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Scraper Graphics, llc. as set forth by the Copyright Laws of the United States of America (Title 17 U.S.C., et seq., and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Once full payment is received by Scraper Graphics, llc., all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media, in all markets, for unlimited period of time. Scraper Graphics, llc. retains and reserves the rights to use any and all content developed by Scraper Graphics, llc., regardless of ownership, for display and self-promotional purposes.

Payment
50% down. 50% upon completion of project and before files are relinquished.

3. Upon the customer's approval of the final product, Scraper Graphics, llc. will secure a final payment. Upon receipt of final payment, all rights to the final product, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer for use in all media, in all markets in perpetuity.

4. Customer can choose to terminate their project at any time. In this event, no additional charges will be collected by Scraper Graphics, llc.. The customer retains no rights to any of the design work we have completed for them, and Scraper Graphics, llc. retains full ownership of all work completed on the project to date. Scraper will refund all monies minus 10% of total job quote for work rendered to date.

5. Terminal Fees: A nominal fee (according to project size) will be assessed to compensate for all credit card terminal fees. Such fees will be disclosed to client prior to running card.

6. If Client is making payment using Western Union, Netteller, PayPal or any other wire services, Client is responsible for all additional fees for transfer. If you have questions, please contact our SG Legal department.

7. Payments must be received in full before publication of Creative. A 5% (of total job) LATE FEE will be assessed to all outstanding or past due balances outside Scraper's 10-day grace period.

Turn Around
Initial design concepts will presented within 3-10 business days unless "rush" order, in which designs will arrive within 48 hours.

Creative Copyright Issues
Scraper Graphics, llc. provides no guarantee of copyright to customer. Customer assumes responsibility of obtaining Trademark or Copyright of any material created by Scraper Graphics, llc.
