Contact us with your project details so that we can assess the job and give you a quote. Please download and prepare our Creative submission form here prior to the phone call.
2. Whip out your credit card
Place order with 50% down* (We proudly accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.) **Additional fees for PayPal or wire-transferring services.
3. Here come your designs
Your first designs will arrive (via email) within 3 business days following your order, unless you have paid for a rush order in which case you will receive your first renderings within 48 hours.
4. Logo Revisions:
The success of your marketing effort, and immediate growth of your sales and profits through a sound visual identity is our main goal and top priority. Please don't hesitate to request any changes at this point. Furthermore, the initial designs may inspire new ideas in you, and lead to a change of the design direction. We will be happy to revise the logo the way you think it will make maximum impact on your clients. We offer 3-5 revisions on most logo Creative.
In the unlikely event the client is not happy with any of the logo Creative after our revisions have been rendered, Scraper reserves the right to cancel the contract and refund monies to client minus 10% of overall Creative cost for work rendered on project.
5. Logo Approval:
When you give us your approval, we will send you an extensive set of standard graphic formats of your new logo. This set includes files for desktop publishing, professional printing, for use on the Web and in TV commercials, and much more. If you will need any other formats we will prepare and deliver them at no extra charge.
6. You refer us to all your friends!
Scraper works 90% from referrals and if you're happy with our work, we would appreciate the business. Thanks again for your consideration.
